Beginning
Tumbling - Teaches the skills & body positions for
basic tumbling such as handstands, cartwheels, round offs & backhandsprings.
Intermediate Tumbling
- Must have a standing backhandspring to be in this class. Here, your
backhandspring will be perfected as well as learning backhandspring
series, round off backhandspring series, jumps into backhandsprings
& skills essential for back tucks.
Advanced Tumbling
- Must have all intermediate skills perfected to be
in this class. You will learn back tucks, backhandspring tucks, X outs,
layouts, layout step outs & whips. Introduction to front tumbling
& fulls on tumble track.
Elite
Tumbling - Must have all other levels perfected. You
will work on fulls, double fulls, arabians, front tumbling & combination
passes.
Stunt
Class - (By invitation only) This class works primarily
on COED stunting. You may also work on All Girl stunting, but should
have a group together when enrolling. If you are interested in this
class, please give us a call or stop by. All males with or without experience
are encouraged to come by to check out a class.
Conditioning Class - This class is for all Top Dog students. We emphasize over all body conditioning with an emphasis on core, jump and aerobic exercises. If you show up for this class expect to work hard and increase your fitness level. If you take this class and feel you haven't had a killer workout let us know and we will take it up another notch!
Stretch Class - This class is for all Top Dog students. We HIGHLY encourage all of our flyers to attend this class as flexibility is essential for our amazing stunts! During this class each student will be pushed to stretch beyond what is normally covered in class with an emphasis on proper stretch technique.
Tryout
Prep Class - (Seasonal: typically from December thru
March) This class focuses on all aspects to prepare you for tryouts
at your school. This class can train you for Jr High, High School or
College cheer programs. You will learn cheers, chants, jumps, dances,
presentation skills, performance skills, etc... This class is very personalized
to your specific needs. If you need to "come out of your shell"
or just need some fine tuning & technical training, this class is
for you. Each class ends with a Mock Tryout session. So, when you actually
go to tryouts, you will have gone through that proces numerous times.
We have trained cheerleaders for every school in the area & can
give you specific information you need to give youself that edge over
the competition, while making you the best you can be.
Open Gym
- This allows you to come into the gym & work on whatever you need.
All equipment is available to you. This is a less structured class &
requires self motivation & discipline to make the most of it. There
will be staff overlooking the class.
